The Pushina Street project plans to build a complex that includes a 40 story tower, a 12 story tower and an 8 story tower. The project is located in the Svetoshinski district close to the intersection of the two main highways serving Kiev. The complex is on one hectare of land.

The goal of the project is to develop a facility that has the capacity to produce building pre-fabricated building components out of concrete. The market for these materials are projects that are developing residential subdivisions in Kiev and it’s suburbs.

Residential subdivision project “Novaya Bogdanovka” is situated near the village of Bogdanovka in Brovarskova county. The project plans to build 830 residential units on 100 hectares. The project is located 1.5 kilometers from the Kiev Chernigov highway. The city limits of Kiev are 32 kilometers away.

The project will offer three types of homes. Stand alone, duplex, and townhouse style. Homes will be from 120 to 229 square meters in size.
Lots will be from 4 to 12 “sotok” ( a “sotok” is about a 10th of a hectare)
